I want to know the percentage of Eosinophils in the myeloid compartment of Bone marrow and Spleen in MIce. What are the markers for Eosinophils in mice for flow cytometry?

% of eosinophils is strain-dependent. In unchallenged B6 mice eos are around 3-5% in the BM and ~0.2-0.5% in the spleen.
