SPIRAL: all cosmic expansion ended early on, so cosmological redshift represents past, not ongoing expansion.
If SPIRAL that means the average rate the volume of the universe doubled was higher and ended much earlier than if Big Pop.
Assume SPIRAL is or maybe right on that and the universe attained gravitational bound equilibrium 4/365.25 (SPIRAL light year radius i) a fraction into history, i years ago, at a radius of a sphere of 1B LY, and the entire universe approximates the visible universe.
So not 14B years of ongoing expansion, so no radius (3D or 4D) of 14B LY.
Can Big Pop reconcile with cosmic expansion. if the radius of the universe expanded at the velocity of well over 1 LY pre year (as SPIRAL and SCM-LCDM hold)?
