I have read in many design documents that Peak Current Mode Control eliminates the pole due to the filter inductor of the DC-DC converter. I would like to know how it eliminates it. I would like to work out on my own and see the result as to how the Inductor pole is eliminated in the case of Peak Current Mode Controlled simple Buck Converter. Can anyone help out please... I would like to design a controller for this. So if the Inductor pole is not there in the Transfer Function, the compensator will be a simple PI controller. But I am not able to eliminate the pole due to Filter Inductor in a simple buck converter transfer function which is causing me to use a slightly complex compensator transfer function. So I would like to know how this Inductor pole is eliminated in Peak Current mode controlled Buck Converter.
