I can't really say anything about the UVC/T-M-AR PCR Hood, but you should make sure that the UV lamps of the UV recycler can be easily replaced. In contrast to the UVC lamps in the ceiling of the unit, the UV tubes of the recirculation system with a lifetime of 8000h have to be replaced relatively often if the unit is used all day. With the UV PCR Workbench Flow from Simplebiotech, you can easily change the UV tubes yourself, but I don't know about the Bio San unit. Otherwise, the costs for the service technician are soon more expensive than the whole PCR workstation.
