Hello,

I have performed a PCoA analysis in GenAlEx using microsat data and obtained the 2d plot. Since there is no way of making it 3d in GenAlEx, I'd like to use either the raw distance matrix or directly the PCoA axis values to make a 3d representation of the 1st,2nd and 3rd axis. I've found several tutorials on how to make it using R, but I'd like to perform it in python3.5 if possible.

Thank you
