I'm looking to perform extracellular stimulation from an external stimulation device. So far, so good. Nothing too complicated. But I would like to create a stim file from a record file.
In other words, I have a file with action potentials and I would like to use this file as a "pattern" for my extracellular stimulation.
In other words: when you have a spike, you do a stim.
In short, I'm looking to control my digital output from a custom/txt file. A series of 0/1 with time. 0, no stim, 1 stim.
For the moment, I can't get anything done without leaving the clampex ecosystem.
Does anyone have a solution?

I found it. For those who are interested: you just have to find the name that Clampex gives to the stim output in the .atf file
