I am starting to (or try to) patch hair cells in the neuromast zebrafish larvae lateral line and I was wondering if someone out there is at the moment doing the same, or has done it in the past, for a quick exchange of expertise.
I have already some questions regarding age to use and, even more important, how to really patch a given hair cell, since it seems that is not so straightforward as I was expecting.

Have you talked to Melissa Vollrath at McGill University? She has patched zebrafish hair cells (but maybe not from the neuromast).
