@Badar AMOS doesn't have the default features to run Moderation or Moderated Mediation Analysis however; using customised models, Moderation and Moderated Mediation Analysis can be conducted by referring to Models given in Model Templates for Process Macro for SPSS. On the other hand, Smart-PLS does allow to add a moderator in a mediation model but it won't provide conditional indirect effects in results output. I would recommend to use Process Macro for SPSS to run Moderated Mediation Analysis. Refer to model templates (attached below) to choose a model suitable to your study and run the analysis accordingly. Wishing you best with your research.
Badar Latif both can be used to test for moderated-mediation model, also you may use Hayes Process Macro to test moderated-mediation model if your model happened to similar to one of the Process Macro moderated-mediation models.
Dear Badar Latif I agree with Imran Anwar regarding moderated-mediation analysis. Simple way, which many of the studies have adopted, is to perform your Measurement Model Analysis (CFA in CB-SEM), justify the reliability and validity (both Convergent and Discriminant) of your study constructs in any PLS or CB-SEM software package (but do not try to do both and compare) and then, for the moderated-mediation hypotheses testing, move to PROCESS macro. As per my limited knowledge, at the moment PROCESS is the only true utility for testing moderated-mediation. Though PROCESS has its own limitations, it is still very much acceptable in many areas of social science research. Tq.
@Muhammad Zia Indeed Process Macro has its own limitations but what it does easily, one cannot do on other packages. In a recent FDP, Prof Ringle (developer of Smart-PLS) was discussing about the version 4.0 of Smart-PLS that there would be many new features and I posed the question regarding conditional mediation models. He also agreed that Process Macro still has an upper hand on other packages when it comes to dealing with conditional mediation and moderation models.
The attached article explains in detail how to do the Moderated Mediation by using the data from Smart-PLS. This process requires both Smart-PLS and Microsoft Excel.
