Hi Anisur,

The LEMKE Partial Discharge Measurements dataset, created by the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Future Power Networks and Smart Grids, includes ASCII file outputs from PD testing of low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polypropylene film samples using a LEMKE LDS-6 measurement system.

mentions a dataset of PD measurements been collected by the italian Enea Ricerca sul Sistema Elettrico (ERSE), but I haven't found the source. Maybe you can contact the authors.
