There is no guidelines about the management of PSH in a neuroorehab setting following TBI.

I have found use of propranolol and clonidine exteremely beneficial but it is not accepted as the standard treatment by many other senior clinicians.

I would like to have the opinion of my colleagues working in a similar setting.
