Paracetamol impurities method?

Hi can anyone suggest me robust isocratic or gradient robust method for paracetamol impurities, I modified the BP method but 4aminophenol and paracetamol giving me peak tailing. Mobile phase A compose of 250ml MeoH containing 1.15grm of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide and 375ml of Na2HPO4 and NaH2PO4.

Please Advise me.
