Hi people.
in a couple of weeks I have to give a class about research methodology, study design and protocols in biomedical research. For the practicals, I need at least a couple of papers with errors and biases regarding study design or methodology. It would be better if they are related to the field of biology/biotechnology...
Could anyone give me some suggestions of papers?

I recommend you to read the following paper
Cheng Z, Ji H, Ji X, Zhang H, Xiong Y. Research on mechanism of aramine for inhabitation of lung colonization of breast cancer. INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF CLINICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL MEDICINE. 2016 Jan 1;9(10):19238-43.
It is wrong from the beginning to the end. Starting with the title which should read "inhibition" instead of "inhabitation" and following by the fact that they never tested lung colonization. This paper is full of basical mistakes and of course their conclusions have nothing to do with the research they suppossedly have performed.
I think it is the perfect example of what scientific publication should not be.
