What will be the trends of paper industry in a world shifting from printed paper towards digital media

It is something like use of synthetic bags hampering the jute bag industry.
Paper industry will also be hampered to a certain extent but all of them will not get closed abruptly
Many thanks. Paper types used mainly for non-printing purposes will also survive for long time in the future, such as packaging paper etc. This is because paper is more environment friendly than synthetic alternatives.

To some extent you are correct but in India gunny bags have almost completely been replaced by synthetic bags
It seems that the future market of printed media,s and graphical papers is not very promising. But paper and paperboards in packaging industry are still a good choice even in digital printing.

Dear Mahdi, you are right. I do not predict a high portion of printed media market to the paper; but also other kind of utilities are defined for paper including converted kinds of paper .
