Congratulations for this very good article. Trauma especially from MVA remains a significant burden in the Nigerian society, occurring from modifiable factors that can improved for better outcomes.
However, it would have been important to include the limitations in this retrospective study.

Childhood injuries are still underappreciated in many places like in developing world. It's high time they get their due and especially because of their bearing on future health of the child to enable him or her to be an optimal human resource.
More research is warranted to throw light on various aspects of trauma and related subjects in paediatric population including large multicentric ones.
