In the images attached below, in the high resolution mode, the P2p mode do not show the difference of 0.86 eV energy difference such that I cant explain the spin orbit doublet, and in Sr3d I see the similar energies range. So the question is how to explain this spectra. My sample is Sr5(PO4)3OH.
The splitting you see here is primarily the Sr splitting:

I would expect that P is more of an underlying "deformer" of the overall signal and will not be seen as a pronounced "shouldermaker".
Depending on the aim of your investigations measuring Sr3p and P2s would be an option, but of course that reduces the amount of literature reference data.
