If food security is coded as nominal type (categorical variable with no specific order; yes/no), then it would be either logistic regression or multinomial logistic regression. If food security is coded as ordinal (categorical variable with specific order; Likert), then you would use ordinal regression. Ordered logit is much more complicated to interpret and I encourage you to consult it with a statistician.
