Do you want to dissolve or disperse TiO2 nanoparticles? If you want to disperse then probably you have an idea of the surface conditions of the nanoparticles. If you are synthesizing , sol-gel method can be a good method of making water dispersed nanoparticles. Generally Anatase phase TiO2 nanoparticles are more water dispersible. Disslotion is a different thing.
Please, can you tell me the best solvent I can use? In the literature, they mentioned ethanol, but it doesn't give me good results
If you want to completely dissove TiO2 nanoparticles you may try acid, say sulphuric acid. You may try highly alkaline solutions. But it depends on what do you want.
But if you want to just disperse then it's a different thing.
