I wish to know about a common problem faced by most of the researchers who are dealing with ceramic materials that my ceramic powder is sticking with the balls after the operation. can someone suggest me to get some resolution to this problem?
Do not mix the different sizes of the ball. Use the same material as the ball and jar. There is a different way to resolve the problem you mention. Mainly in dry ball milling, you should optimize the speed, number of ball, ball size, milling program (interval time, delay time, total time). After an interval of time (6 to 12 hours) add some amount of pure ethanol (2 to 4 ml) depend on the weight of materials you mill. My suggestion is try to reduce the speed, and increase the delay time.
