I am using a Lateral Flow assay, where running buffer (PBS) with 1%tween is used. The buffer and milk is dosed imidiatly after mixing. I see that when mixing 10-15 minutes prior to applying the sample on the test i get a much great seperation. It is not technically possible to do so, but is there any other surfactants/ surfactants concentration which can increase the mixing and the solubility of fat particles so that Progesterone is better released and available.

I know it is far from ideal, but i am currently seeking any option to optimize the signal without having to mix prior to applying the dosage.

I have tried Triton and plurionic but these alter the signal negatively.
