You can see in this picture. That the magnetic effect of a black hole reflects the rotating optical magnetic force. And we can name the magnetic effect, the optical magnet effect.
The image was produced at a wavelength of ~ 1 mm (the short end of radio), not in optical light.
It shows the polarization inherent in synchrotron radiation from plasma moving in a strong magnetic field. This effect is well-understood and does not require a new name.
