I am not sure that OptiSystem is a suitable app for optical injection locking simulation, it is more capable of links simulation at the level of media between transmitter and receiver with not much insight into dynamic processes inside them. Apart from that and in addition to Vincent's answer I'd like to mention that optical injection locking is very and very medium-specific, particularly, the injection behavior depends on processes rate in the system which means that fiber and solid-state lasers will behave really differently from semiconductor lasers. To the best of my knowledge there is no universal app to simulate and analyze parameters of optical injection locking, in most papers I've come across a particular set of differential equations desrcibing medium dynamics and injected field is discussed. Therefore, you need to determine the type of medium and then look further on mathematical apparatus to solve the problem.

, Thank you Vincent Lecoeuche, for making me clear understanding. I am looking for implementing this. resently I am working on a fiber wireless link design project using simulation platform "Optisystem". do I need to design it using MATLAB .

Thank you Anton V. Kovalev, your response is quite helpful. Implementing it in optisystem have partial control over laser mechanism as only some of the laser parameters are adjustable but not such as cavity length.
