can you please tell me how to calculate the metrics such as accuracy,sensitiviy and specificity for the above code

I've downloaded the matlab code,and I found that it can detect the center of the optic disc.If I want to detect the boundary of the OD,can you tell me what should I do? Thanks in advance.

I recommend drawing a circle. You can draw the circle when you have the center. Just you need size of the radius of OD. Below link can help you to write circle code:

If you don't know size of radius of the optic disc, you can experimentally measure it.
