Opinions about the long-acting treatment in schizophrenia?

Even they are in use for some years, in real life a patient with long-acting treatment doesn't has a long period without some episodes of illness. The evaluations of schizophrenia life quality is poor for many, even of some facts and literature of overcoming it. This treatments seem to grow in proof
