Hi there, what experimental design did you use? If you used mixed ANOVA, I suppose you had two measurements and two or three independent groups? What results came out as main and interaction effects?

In my experimental design i have total of 25 samples for first 13 receives control and drug A,B,C,D at 3 different concentrations. Rest patients received mix of Control and drug A only at one concentration, control and Drug A and B at 2 concentration it potentially leads to get us 53 missing variables values in total

problem is boneforrin correction is for multivariante data, meanwhile one way anova is for univariante. so depends of your data. its a vector use second one, its a scalar use one way anova
