That’s a good point! Actually my experimental design is to compare control with 4 different drugs at 3 different concentrations around 25 samples so each sample has different treatment for example sample 1 has control, treated with only 1 concentration of only one drug. sample 2 has control and all 4 drugs with all 3 different concentration. sample 1-12 has this mixed type of treatmen condition. From sample 13-25 they recieved all 4 drugs with all 3 different concentration. so I performed both paired t test woth bonferroni correction and one way ANOVA analysis (mixed- model effect analysis) with bonferro and sidak test based on instruction from my supervisor. paired t test reveals there is significance on 2 drugs at 2 different concentration after bonferroni correction (adjusted P values), raw p values are
