I have one Qualtrics survey including three different scales (not mixed - in different blocks). The scales measure different constructs but there is a common wider context. The wording of the items in one scale may "warm up" (prime?) participants towards the next ones and I am worried this may distort results. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If you or your institution licenses Qualtrics, then I'd suggest contacting their support team (this service is included with the license: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/) and inquire as to how one might randomize the presentation of the three blocks of questions (and recording the sequence used for each case). Doing so would allow you to investigate to what extent, if any, sequence of presentation made in the results.
