I have not yet gone through the paper, and it is mostly of numerical nature. However I have some first thoughts:

The authors seem to incorporate the results from urQMD simulations into the kinetic theory. They do not investigate the field effects at the QFT level. How can the results of simulations which is based on effects of external sources be used in times of freeze-out? In their results they don't find anything significant about hadrons. This is understandable since the fields evolution they use is almost dead at freeze-out. On the other the photons results are interesting. They find a better fit than non-electromagnetic calculations.

What is your opinion?
