How may one numerically simulate fractional order synchronized chaotic systems as it is not possible to implement fractional order operators with Simulink. Fractional order chaotic systems can be simulated via Matlab routines. Which methods then can be use for coupled systems that are to be controlled or synchronized?
I do not think that it has been done before. I guess this can be a full article on itself if accomplished.
@Pandey, profuse thanks. But there are multitude of papers on synchronization and control of fractional order chaotic systems showing results of different synchronization and control schemes for different FO systems. How were they accomplished then?.
I haven't seen any fractional-order coupled system and resulting chaos article. I might be not knowing then. What are you exactly asking; how to numerically solve fractional order differential equations?

Perhaps my question is not clear. for example a paper is titled SYNCHRONIZATION OF FRACTIONAL ORDER CHAOTIC SYSTEMS VIA NONLINEAR CONTROL or CONTROL AND SYNCHRONIZATION OF FRACTIONAL ORDER CHAOTIC SYSTEMS WITH CIRCUIT VALIDATION. How were the fractional circuits model and simulated to achieve synchronization? Is it through Simulink, Matlab Routines or some other programs?
Now, I got your problem. The only pre-made fractional modeling tool I am aware of is FOMCON. See this, http://fomcon.net/
Although when I have to do fractional-testing, I prefer to make my own routines which are based on adomian decomposition method or homotopy analysis method.
