Please some one suggest me some quality peer review Jounals on Obesity and hyperlipidemia which donot ask for article processing fees.

NO good journal requests processing fees. Never ever consider a journal requiring to pay processing fees for publucation! These are kind of 7th class "papers" that often do only exist in the cyber space and have no reputation whatsoever.

Search the journal in Scopus and other databases. You may select the journal according to your work. If not found any free journal, write to the editor for waiver of APC.
You may find one by searching in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
Please go to the website links of these obesity journals list to note their impact factor, requirements for publications, and publication costs and match it with how much you can spend on publication depending on whether you can afford it, or your institution may pay it, or the granting authority for the research you have done can pay it?
Many journals may waive off or reduce the publication charges for third world countries.
