hi i need your help please..now I am Synthesizing KNaX zeolite , the procedure in change kaolin into metakaolin, i calcinacied at 750 celcius degree and then mix with NaOH( 50% w kaolin)and then calcinacied again at 850 degree celcius..and then become to metakaolin.why the procedure use large amount of NaOH until 50% w kaolin. please comment... my email [email protected] thanks a lot.. i need the reason of the procedure
