Dr.D.d.sarma of NGRI (Retd) has done some interesting work on statistical controls on gold bearing ,Kolar gold mines and the data may be there in NGRI. You can add it for your R&D

It is a topic of academic and commercial interest. But what kind of modelling? If you intend geomechanical modelling you will need rock properties under the conditions of mineralization. Do you have that?
The question to be addressed is whether outcrop-scale mineralization
structures can be simulated and predicted by numerical models! Can we use numerical modelling as a scenario tool!
