I am contacting you in order to get advice in connection with my scientific research area. I red your article titled by Development of a proppant transport logic in 3DEC. I am dealing with examination of proppant embedment and deformation in propped hydraulic fractures that can cause conductivity reduction as well.

My question: Is 3DEC a suitable software to simulate proppant embedment and deformation and so conductivity reduction (fluid flow capacity of porous media) caused by the formation's high overburden pressure?
