Dear All,
Is there a normalization method(s) that consider mz and retention time of the internal or external standard for normalizing peak intensities generated from LC-MS ? Is somebody working in this context ?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have used MetaboAnalyst before and its quite fun.
My query is rather different, Is there a normalization method that consider retention time along with peak intensities of the internal/ external standards. As I feel that normalizing with intensities is not enough to neutralize the variance; there is a significant role of retention time.
There are popular methods like NOMIS,CCMN,RUV2 etc which consider these but neither of these takes retention time into account.
