Hello,

Because my data has non-normal distributions, I understand I need to run non-parametric tests. My data includes multiple samples from several distant collection sites. Under what circumstances would it be better using either PermANOVAs, or Kruskal-Wallis?

Elsewhere, I've read some people use PermANOVAs, then Krusakal-Wallis and associated post-hoc tests of the latter.

Thank you.
