I am working on PV cell's circuit simulation. In the case of solar light we normally use 1000 W/m2 as a nominal insolation but In my case i am using laser diode so what would be the nominal insloation(Gn) here? If there is no such value exists then how can i find it out?

Dear Yuvrajsinh, to my mind the creation of equivalent to sun the insolation source has two sides: equal intensity and equal spectral distribution. First task is quite simple to solve it by application attenuators and defocusing system with the power meter. Second task is more complicated, but is solulable also taking into account the efficient spectral distribution of solar cell sensibility that is resposible for absorption of sun spectra. I guess that light diodes is more appropriate source than laser diodes for solution of this task.
Sun spectrum is roughly speaking a black body at 6000 °K
LED lighting systems produce "white" light by a blue led and some fluorescent material wrapping it thus generating a typical spectrum you can easily find in literature.
In the data sheets the comparative color temperature (CCT) obtained is reported, the higher this value, the closer is the spectrum to sun light.
However a led source will always show a region with lower energy in comparison with the 450 nm peak and a yellow-green fluorescence shoulder.
The led's light output power is not always clearly addresed in data sheets since they often report only the energy compsumption, a measurement with a power meter is therefore required.
Anyway, with a diode laser you can just test the behavior of the PV system at the specific wavelenght of the laser simply multipliyng the laser power times the laser spot area on the target.
