I am trying to develop an Neuropsychological scale which would measure the levels of engagement, performance and satisfaction of people. Are there any experimental tests available which I could build or adapt upon?

Edit: A small addition, I am NOT looking for survey questionnaires, I am trying to build a scale that could be used to measure these variables in a more interactive way.

You might have to give us a bit more context. Engagement, Performance and Satisfaction are fairly broad concepts. Is this to evaluate engagement with a product or rather broad measurements of a person's life circumstances? Since this is posted within neuropsychology, what patients do you expect to test?
Also, these seem to be three different concepts that otherwise might be measured in separate scales. How do you see these fitting together and do you anticipate these simply being separate factors on the same test?
Lastly, what is the interactive component you mentioned? Computer-based? Virtual reality? Performance-based?

Thank you for taking out the time to reply to me. I understand that these are very broad and different concepts, hence the confusion. My measurement would be including the impact Emotional Intelligence has on these factors. These three factors would act as dependent variables to the impact EI would have on a person's overall behaviour (covering Performance, Engagement and Satisfaction).
The medium would be computer-based where I would check whether the changes in emotions presented as stimuli would impact the three factors (see CANTAB).

Thank you for your valuable suggestions. These are really good as well as standardized scales, but are all questionnaire based survey scales. What I am looking for is computer-based stimuli scales that can be used/converted according to my research question (see previous reply; CANTAB). Your suggested articles would act as a development points for my experiment, but unfortunately, cannot be used for it. Can you recommend me some scales that incorporate computer-based stimuli scales? That would be really helpful.

Thank you for your suggested article. It has been able to provide me a different insight into how these factors can be measured. Coming back to my original question, your scale is survey questionnaire based, but I am looking for computer-based stimuli scales. Unfortunately, even though these are very insightful, but don't work with my research question. Can you recommend me some computer-based stimuli for the same? That would be very helpful.
