Does Anyone Know That Why There is Negative Displacement in Pushover Curve (Base Shear - Displacement)?

These are small displacements, maybe you are applying pushover step as a continuation from some other step that can cause those displacements. Once again, they are small, might be the wrong point you are taking the results from. I dont know what is your structure, nor units.
