Hello Bless,
You definitely have coccidians. The first picture is an sporulated Eimeria oocyst, and the fourth and fifth are unesporulated ones. You can look up for species that affect ruminants. I am not sure about the rest of your pictures.
Regards.
I agree with Francisco, that is some species from genus Eimeria. Most probaly it is Eimeria arloingi
I think these are about Eimeria oocyst
the first one may be sporulated oocyst
the fourth and fifth I think they are the same they are non sporulated oocyst
1, 4&5 = Coccidian oocysts, further identify by sporulated oocyst morphological criteria
3 = may be another type of coccidia oocyst but picture not clear
Dear Sir , mostly Coccidian oocysts of Eimeria spp. ;Do Diameter estimation by ocular micrometer lens for differentiation and confirmation. Thanks
Dear Bliss,
Ist one Eimeria spp. sporulated oocyst ; 4th and 5th -Unsporulated oocyst of Eimeria spp.
Remaining all are artifacts. Before considering anything as egg/oocyst/ova look whether it satisfies these three things................
1. Definitive shape.
2. Uniformity in egg wall/cyst wall.
3. Presence of embryonic mass inside.
One more thing is......... since your using floating medium there are chances of eggs/oocysts getting distorted.
i agree with Francisco C. Ferreira Junior
This larva was captured using a plankton net in the Persian Gulf during the summer. I believe it may be a Facetotecta nauplius.
