Specifically, I'm interested in understanding the crystalline structure, including details about atomic arrangement, planes, and how to interpret crystallinity phases using SAED analysis. For instance, I'm curious about the significance of observing concentric rings in SAED patterns: what do few rings signify, why might there be numerous rings, and what does it indicate when there are no visible rings? Additionally, I'm seeking clarification on the significance of 'hkl' in relation to the atomic structure's planar arrangement?

It is the quite same mechanism of diffraction: electrons (SAED) versus x-rays (XRD)...
