i want to apply for a research project announced by PCSIR, ministry of science and tech. Govt. of Pakistan under the title "Belarusian-Pakistani competition of scientific and technical projects 2025.It has been mentioned in the call for proposal that priority will be given to the projects in which counterpart from Belarusian side is identified. I have prepared a research project entitled "AI based hybrid approach for forest monitoring context to climate change utilizing deep learning and remote sensing technologies ".
