did anybody know what is so called nectar "Alfa"? The brochoure says that it is a "collection of almost all vitamins and trace elements necessary for full health". It?s origin is from Kazahstan. a patient of mine came with this me the other day, and I didn?t know what to tell her,is it just another fraud or ?
