How we can define risk of nanomaterials for environment and adverse effect on living beings (including human beings)? Will we sustain and protect our environment with green nanomaterial synthesis? Because there is a lot of research carried out globally but few are about approaches to sustainable research in their field. I invite all to share your views, concepts, ideas and personal attention for forthcoming research on risks and benefits of nanomaterials.
Yes I agreed with Mr. Volker, but my question for those nanoparticles which we synthesize not those present in the environment...........................
We used red blood cells (RBC) for monitoring of nanoparticles toxicity (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22128012). I believe that RBC - the most simple model for initial evaluation.
