They use HPLC for that, so if you have possibility to use an offline system (such as Dionex or Waters), search for their publications/book chapters. As long as I was working there, we analysed wine, cereals as well as milk....but you can contact them for support.

thank you very much for ur response. Ive got HPLC with me but am very much new to it here and i need have related working protocols for the evaluation of mycotoxins from water and fish tissues.
Ive tried out to trace Dr Carlo Brera on net but couldn't find it.
