My SW480 cells are not expanding as fast as they used to. What can I do?

Hello!

I am working with SW480 and the last weeks their growth is really really slow. What can I do to help them thrive? I am using DMEM with 10% FCS, 1% p.s. for a year now and it was working just fine. Do you think that adding non essential amino acids would help them?
