My project is about online ph monitoring system. I have ordered my sensor from amazon worth 770 Indian rupees. but my sensor readings are completely unstable. and it shows different readings on the multimeter and on the oscilloscope. the output graph is also fully distorted.
The pH sensors have very high output impedance so they need readout of higher impedance than usual multimeter (10Mohm) or oscilloscope (1Mohm),

I would also add that you may wish to stir your solution whilst taking the pH measurement. Even agitating the solution manually should help.
Always use sensors from appropriate manufacturer. You have to minimise the noise by conditioning the electrical source.
