I am working on Nanomaterials for Water Splitting Hydrogen Production. I don't have gas chromatography. I have chi600e Electrochemical Analyzer. Is it possible to use cyclic voltammetry for this purpose? or is there any other method to measure the hydrogen in terms of moles/(gram.hour) other than gas chromatography?
You need an inbuilt GC with TCD detector for the detection of H2, yes you can measure the rate if you can attach an online GC to your electrochemical station.
Ya as Rayees suggested you need G.C with TCD, either online or offline G.C. Its mandatory for H2 analysis.
"Water Splitting Hydrogen Production" is not a correct term. Water splitting means a conversion of water to a mixture of H2 and O2. If you are working on water splitting you must have tools to quantify H2 and O2 yield. If you don't have such instruments, do not waste your time.

Sorry to say Dr. V Geletii, Hezam asked a simple query to answer, it is better for efficient researchers like you to be specific so that the young researchers can gain something, but to confuse your audience with out of context things is totally wrong. Water splitting hydrogen production or water splitting for hydrogen production according to me are similar terms for an expert.

In order to measure H2 and O2 evolution in water splitting experiments you need a GC with TCD (you should use argon as carrier gas to detect both gases at the same time because N2 allows good H2 detection but poor O2 detection).
If you are doing photoelectrochemical experiments, you can measure the current passing through the two electrodes with a potentiostat (i.e, in the case you are studying the photoanodic reaction, you are measuring the current from the photoanode to the counter electrode) and you can estimate the maximum H2 production (and/or O2) from the current passing through the outer circuit. On the other hand, the photocurrent measurement itself is not an evidence of hydrogen or oxygen evolution and should be supported by gaschromatographic analysis.

Otherwise you can measure the volume of the evolved gases using a two compartments water splitting device like the one described in
Chem. Commun. , 2007, 5022–5024
You can measure the amount of hydrogen evolved from the cathode side by the displacement of water from an inverted calibrated cylinder and secundomer as did the great chemists back 200 years.

The volume of H2 was directly determined by reading the variation of electrolyte level.
