My drugs have higher CAA values than quercetin. Is this logical or did I do something wrong?

Hello, I performed CAA assay with N-acetylcysteine (both free and nano-formulated drugs), quercetin on SHSY-5Y cell line. However, CAA values for those drugs are higher then the quercetin. Any thought about it please let me know.
