Accidentally, I discovered my research article had been published in a journal (International Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology Vol. 2 No. 8 (2024)).

We were three authors, and the first author published the article in the journal with the help of a third party (person). The names of two authors unrelated to the work have been added.

I contacted the first author (who is responsible for not adding our names, she has little experience with research). She contacts the third person who says he can't withdraw the article as being published.

I contacted the journal to withdraw the article or add our names, several times over more than 2 months on the editors' emails. they didn't reply to any message

what should I do?
