My Arabidopsis mature plant leaves are getting reddish brown when I am growing on soil even without any stress. What could be a reason for this?

I am working with Arabidopsis plants since last 5 years and never faced this type of problem earlier. How I can get rid of this?

I suspected that this is due to high light intensity so now I decreased the light intensity of growth chamber and started my experiment again. I hope this will works.
