I would like to analyse the beta diversity of more than five sampling sites and would like to check the similarity. Can I analyse whether any species sharing among sampling sites? I would like to use Bray-Curtis, Jaccard or Sorenson similarity index. Can I analyse it through PAST or Origin Pro? Which method is best to interpret the result?

Dear sir, I did that Google search and I see why you are so confused. Basically there are so many spatial diversities that this is hard to understand. There's an R package Vegan that should do what you want to do. I attached a screenshot that should lead you to what you need..R itself and it's packages are free downloads. There are two fundamental issues to be tackled in connection with the question asked by Arum T Ram.
The first is understanding the basics of cluster analysis.
The second is familiarity with the R package.
I strongly suggest that Arum T Ram
should approach somebody familiar with cluster analysis for assistance in the interpretation of the potentially good computer output I forsee.
Somebody in his University's geography or geoinformatics department can be quite ready to help.
Basically, cluster analysis usually does the kind of thing he wants to do in this research. This is my assurance.
